Booking Your Session
When considering booking your session, the best thing to do is plan ahead!
Weekends tend to be booked up 3-4 months in advance for peak season (May-November) and 2-3 months in advance for weekdays. Sundays will NOT be available for scheduling.
ALL outdoor sessions are scheduled at the prime sunlight hour, which is about 1.5 hours before sunset in the evening. Please be aware of this when booking your session so you can plan your schedules accordingly. This time changes with the season and the time of the setting sun and we will discuss this per booking.
Newborn sessions are scheduled in the morning during the week ONLY, as weekends are reserved for other sessions. Please be aware of this when booking your session. If you would like spouses or children in photos, please make arrangements for them to be home during the day and time we confirm for your session. We usually only need a small window for them to be involved in photos. I cannot always schedule newborn sessions around spouse work schedules or sibling school times, due to the time sensitive nature of newborn photos, as well as my schedule. These scheduling arrangements will fall on the client.
A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your date. An invoice via Paypal will be sent to you after we have confirmed a date for our session. The deposit must be paid within 10 days of sending. Please note that your session date will NOT be guaranteed or confirmed until the deposit is received and tiffany hemsath photography has the right to make the date available if not received within the 10 day period.
Please see "SESSION INVESTMENT" for the deposit amount of your session.
The remaining balance of your session is due at the time of your session. Cash or checks payable to Tiffany Hemsath are accepted only.
*In the event of a necessary reschedule due to inclement weather, I will make all efforts to reschedule our session as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to other bookings, potential scheduling conflicts on BOTH party’s end, it is not guaranteed. In this rare event, all session deposits will be fully refunded to the client.
Deposits can be paid directly from the invoice by clicking on the link included. A confirmation via paypal will be sent to you after the deposit has been paid. If this does not show up, please let me know so I can confirm whether your deposit was received or not.
What to Expect After Your Session
All sessions and fees include the following:
- At least 25 fully edited, high resolution images. Possibly more if you have a fantastic session!
- Release to use and print your images freely.
- All session galleries will be returned to the client via a personal Pixieset gallery link.
***Please save these images to a computer as soon as possible. ONLY upload your images or print from the saved location on your computer. Do not use a device or phone to save and upload your images. The quality will NOT maintain. Links for your session will be available for 1 month. A $15 fee will be charged via paypal if your images need to be re-uploaded and a new link created.
PLEASE NOTE: I do take a lot of pride and care in making sure that I give my full love and attention to your photos when editing them. It is not uncommon to edit and reedit several times on one photo until I feel it looks just right. :) To make sure I give you the best quality and professional looking images, a minimum of 4-5 hours is dedicated to editing and enhancing every one of your sessions. Because of this, please allow up to 4-5 weeks during Summer through December. Returns times will be shorter the rest of the year.
Under NO circumstances will unedited images be released to the client. Your investment in my services entrusts me to use my experience and creativity to choose the best images from our session to edit and return to you. There are many factors that go into this process and each image is chosen very carefully. A huge part of my style and creativity is brought to life during the editing process and because of this, no unedited images will be given to or viewed by the client.
